The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (Hereinafter the "authority") is Soliciting General Building Construction and Filedsub Trade Services for the Bcec Roof Replacement Project, a Phased Approach, to Replace the Low-sloped Roofing System (Ap- Prox. 280,000sf), With an Estimated Cost of $27,700,000 Located At 415 Summer Street. Boston, Ma. In Accordance With Massachu- Setts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 44a Thru 44j, the Author Work: Roofing and Flashing ($20,000,000), Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron ($1,200,000). Building Construction and Filed-sub Trade Services for the Project Through This Rfq Process. Filed-sub Trades to Provide Services to Implement the Construction, Between the Summer of 2025 Through Spring of 2027.
