Sub Bid Deadline 5/30/24 Time 5:00 P.M. This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in M.G.L. c.149. The Authority is prequalifying firms interested in providing public General Contractor and Filed-Sub Trade services for the project through this RFQ process. The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (hereinafter the Authority) is soliciting General Building Construction and Filed-Sub Trade Services for the BCEC Roof Replacement project, a phased approach, to replace the low-sloped roofing system (approx.. 280,000SF), with an estimated cost of $27,700,000 located at 415 Summer Street. Boston, MA. In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, sections 44A thru 44J, the Authority is seeking a highly qualified and competent General Bidder and Filed-Sub Trades to provide services to implement the construction, between the Summer of 2024 through Spring of 2026. General Bidders (Prime), certified in the category of General Building Construction, interested in providing services for the project are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to the Authority.
