Reference Number 0000352780 The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace approximately 182,000 s.f. of concrete sidewalk (5 ft. wide and 4 ft. wide) and to perform other associated work as itemized in the proposal. He can be reached at 586-446-2726 or via email at akonkle@sterlingheights.gov Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least ninety (90) days.
