Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Millbury Senior Center Improvement Repair and improvements to interior insulation at the ceiling and roof level, as well as new acoustical tile ceiling installation. Through two alternates, the project may also include minor accessibility improvements at bathrooms, and additional insulation and finishing work.
