Construct vestibule outside parking lot door at Middle School to provide additional security with double-door entry Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to Callie Pope at cpope@argosycollegiate.org no later than Friday, May 24 2024 at 12:00 pm. Responses to any submitted questions will be provided by Wednesday, May 29 2024 at 12:00 pm. The Project will result in the repair of a second floor classroom floor. The floor is currently sloping downward toward the southeast corner of the building. The primary objective of the project is focused on a permanent repair to the floor, while minimizing disruption to the rest of the building to the greatest degree possible. Contractors must also be aware of asbestos abatement requirements, as the school's AHERA inspection report (Exhibit A) indicates the use of asbestos between the first and second floors.
