The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for the furnishing of all labor and materials necessary for the construction of the project designated as City of Oxford Micro-Surfacing 2024 Bids are related to the construction of proposed roadway surfacing improvements to include the placement of a micro-surfacing treatment on multiple city streets within the City of Oxford as described in the Contract Documents and associated plan drawings. Materials and related work, including furnishing all surface treatment materials, roadway surface preparation and placement of the micro-surfacing application, shall be provided by the contractor as specified in the Contract Documents for the purpose of providing a finished roadway surface atop existing asphalt pavement. The successful bidder shall make provisions for all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to provide the improvements as defined in the Contract Documents. All proposed micro-surfacing treatments are to be located within existing rights-of-way owned and maintained by the City of Oxford. The total contract time for this project shall be 45 consecutive calendar days.
