Site work for a water / sewer project in Cumming, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This package can be downloaded fromLow pressure sewer line and gravity sewer line installation along State Route 9 and Francis Road, Shirlee Industrial Way, Nine North Drive, Hamby Road, and Maudlin Drive. This includes installation of approximately 9,300 linear feet of 3-inch or less High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) low pressure sewer mains, flushing connections, valves, sewer service connections, 1,200 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer pipe, sewer manholes, connections to existing systems, and all other necessary appurtenances as indicated in the drawings. The Owner plans to fund portions of the project with proceeds of federal grant funds provided through the American Rescue Plan Act. As such, all work procured and performed must strictly comply with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations, including, but not limited to, all of the grant related requirements summarized in Exhibit "A" to the Construction Services Agreement. The form of Construction Services Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit "G" and further specifies the Contractor's obligations and responsibilities to comply with applicable federal and state requirements.
