Renovation of a municipal facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City requires a contractor to repair the Transfer Station Commercial Tipping Floor. The contractor may need to hire sub-contractors to carry out this scope. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to: Supply and install Euco Floor 404 or equivalent and bonding and curing agents according to the drawing TLO245; Repair worn out pit bottom with concrete according to drawing TLO220; Repair rail area leading edge with capping plates according to drawing LO246 Replace worn out metal rails in the pit rail section according to drawing TLO246; Repair worn out pit rail area with Euclid Super Euco Top or equivalent according to drawing TLO246; One year warranty required. City will provided: small quantity of Euclid Euco Floor 404 (3000 lbs), Fire hosed commercial side tipping floor (contractor to give at least two weeks firm notice so material clean up can be arranged).
