The City of Pensacola is requesting sealed statements of interest and qualifications from firms with experience in the following areas: Environmental Review/Assessment in accordance with HUD and Commerce Policies and the National Environmental Policy Act. Environmental Assessment: This project requires a higher level environmental review, which will be included in the scope of work. The Consultant will refer to 24 CFR 58.35(a) and 24 CFR 58.36 to determine the level of environmental review necessary for the remaining activities associated with this project. Archeological Assessment: This scope also requires completion of a Phase I Cultural Resources Survey (CRAS) and CRAS report. Both the Phase I Cultural Resources Survey (CRAS) and CRAS report shall be submitted to and approval by the Department of the Interior. Mitigation measures required as a result of the Environmental Review findings will be performed by a general contractor under separate bid(s) to include: asphalt paving replacement and repair, railroad track replacement and repair, water supply system replacement and repair, and cathodic protection replacement and repair. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
