Construction efforts will include an amphitheater, 15 ft wide trail, a constructed wetlands, stream restoration and any other miscellaneous items necessary for completion of the work. Work shall include all materials, labor and construction of Creekside Park. Scope includes demolition of existing structures, paving, storm drainage and tree removal. Construction of a new wetlands in the south pond and dredging of the north pond. Construction of concrete boardwalk, concrete trail, shade structures, a playground, an amphitheater with a stage and bandshell, terraced amphitheater seating, and site walls. New stormwater infrastructure is proposed with the inclusion of green infrastructure areas and infiltration trench.
