Description: The John A. Sexson Auditorium is located within the Jack Scott Building (Formerly C-Building) on the main Colorado campus of Pasadena City College. The scope is to modernize/ refresh the Auditorium, without losing its historical art deco elements, including reupholstering of the existing 1944 seating textiles on both the main floor (1,422 seats) and the balcony level (522 seats), installation of new row and seat number plates, and refinishing of existing arms, seat backs, and frames. The scope of work shall also include additional interior finish upgrades such as new paint for perimeter walls and railings, plaster repair and wood panel wainscot refinishing, and floor treatment for aisle and seating areas.
