Contractor is responsible for the removal of kitchen cabinets, trim, counter tops and kitchen floor down to sub floor The contractor is responsible for the removal of the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Peabody Housing Authority has specifications for the new kitchen cabinets approximately 22lf. +/- The contractor is responsible for all field measurements of cabinets and counter tops. The contractor shall install new crown molding on upper cabinets. The contractor shall take care of the removal of the dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. The contractor is responsible for removing the exhaust fan over the stove and installing a new one. The new fan will be connected to the existing duct work and vented outside. The PHA will supply new deep bowl sink and faucet contractor is responsible for the installation. The contractor is responsible for the new Formica countertop 22lf. +/- The contractor is responsible for reinstalling the sink, faucet, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. The contractor shall install new plywood for the floor to match the existing height of the dining room floor and bathroom floor. The contractor shall install new 20mil glue down LVT planking color to be determined approximately 180sqft. The contractor shall patch and paint the entire kitchen ceiling and wall color to be determined. The contractor is responsible for all material, plywood, nails, screws etc. The shelving behind the cabinets on the left side remains. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all permits. Fees will be reimbursed by the housing authority.
