Scope of Work: The Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, constructing the Work described below and all related appurtenances. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Providing a concrete floodwall surrounding the facility and tying into adjacent high ground. 2. Providing plant drain and stormwater drainage structures, inlets, gates, piping, and channels. 3. Providing an equalization basin, pumping equipment, and associated force main. 4. Relocation of existing underground utilities including potable water, sanitary sewer, electrical, gas, drain, and communication lines. 5. Providing buried and exposed electrical conduit and wire throughout the facility. 6. Replacement of existing valves, gates, piping, and associated equipment in the existing sludge lagoons. 7. Clearing and trimming of vegetation along Swift Creek for stream enhancement. 8. Improvements to the existing site entrance at Hull Street Road.
