The Arizona Board of Regents, for and on behalf of Northern Arizona University, is soliciting sealed Proposals from qualified firms or individuals for the purpose of selecting a firm or individual interested in providing Building Glass Replacement Reference P24JS003 for Northern Arizona University. The Arizona Board of Regents reserves the right to reject any or all Offers, to waive or declare to waive irregularities in any Offer, or to withhold the award for any reason it shall determine and also reserves the right to hold any or all Offers for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of the opening thereof. No Offeror shall withdraw their Offer during this ninety (90) day period. Glass Replacement. 4.3.1. Successful Proposer shall be responsible to remove all waste fromproperty at the end of each workday. 4.3.2.Successful Proposer to propose a temporary solution when a permanent solutionis not available. 4.3.2.1. Indicate ability to comply. 4.3.3. Provide estimated response time for emergency services. 4.3.4. Successful Proposer to be commercially licensed with the State of ArizonaRegistrar of Contractors. 4.3.4.1. Provide a copy of license with Proposal. 4.3.5. employees are required to wear uniforms/shirtswith company logo and name badges while working on campus. 4.3.5.1. Indicate ability to comply. 4.3.6. University escorts are required for access to private offices andCampusLiving Communities. 4.3.6.1. Indicate ability to comply. 4.3.7.
