Demolition, site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Bouctouche, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade fire / police facility; for the construction of a 10,140-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The work consists of the demolition of the existing Bouctouche Fire Hall in its entirety located at 211 Irving Blvd, Bouctouche, NB, and the construction of a new 942 sq. m single story, wood frame, four bay volunteer fire hall for the municipality of Grand-Bouctouche. The new fire hall is located on the same site as the existing fire hall and will consist of 642 sq.m of Truck Bay area as well as 300 sq.m of Multipurpose, Office, and Administration areas and all related work Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list. A bid bond, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to Grand-Bouctouche must accompany each tender. No award will be made at the tender opening.
