Renovation of a water / sewer project in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of exterior and interior tank surface preparation, repainting, installation of grout and sealant around base plates, modifications to tank overflow, installation of new gaskets, nuts and bolts as required, tank disinfection and de-chlorination. bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid payable to the Altoona Water Authority. Bidders shall provide proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or items therein, to waive any defects or irregularities in the Bids, and to accept any Bid which, in its judgment, is in its best interest. Question Deadline 06/06/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via electronically.
