Reference Number : 1849715 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-05-27 For its bus maintenance activities, the RTL uses hydraulic lifting equipment, embedded in concrete pits. Currently, at maintenance bays 14, 15, 16A, 16B, 23, 27 of the CEVL and bay 31 of the CESH-2, several hydraulic bus lifting equipment are failing. Deficiencies have a significant impact on RTL operations and, in certain situations, pose a risk to employee safety. In this context, the RTL wishes to carry out work to replace the hydraulic bus lifting equipment in these vehicle maintenance bays. The RTL is therefore seeking bids for all the Work, equipment, tools, materials and products required for the replacement of hydraulic bus lifting equipment in maintenance bays 14, 15, 16A, 16B, 23, 27 of the CEVL and bay 31 of CESH-2, described as follows: The provision of shop drawings signed and sealed by an engineer who is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) in PDF and CAD format as well as the manufacturing drawings with the service manual; Cleaning and emptying of the concrete pits in the maintenance bays prior to the installation of new cylinders, tie plates and hydraulic lines; The supply, installation and commissioning of new mobile and fixed cylinders with all components, as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications; Supply, installation and commissioning of new saddles, as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications; Supply, installation and commissioning of new hydraulic conduits; The supply, installation and commissioning of other components of hydraulic lifting equipment as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications; The arrangement of existing jacks, saddles and conduits, dismantled beforehand by the RTL, in coordination with the designated representative of the RTL; Staff training for the maintenance of mobile and fixed cylinders, tie plates and hydraulic ducts; All the works not specified, particularly in the Drawings and Specifications but necessary for the progress of the Works; Testing and commissioning as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications.
