Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Johnson Park Improvements The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to construct an ADA accessible concrete sidewalk, curbs, and ramps leading to proposed asphalt basketball half court. Project will include installation of asphalt paving, fencing, benches, bike racks, basketball hoop, court surfacing and line striping. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Questions may be submitted through Online on or before 12:00 P.M. on Friday, May 24, 2024. The Nesquehoning Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
