Estimated Construction Cost: $ 540,000 Construction of vehicular and pedestrian improvements in the parking lot and bus loop. Improvements include but are not limited to expanded vehicle parking and drive lane, raised concrete crossing between bus loop and parking lot, re-construction of asphalt bus driveway to Marvin Rd. SE, new concrete sidewalk south of bus driveway, parking lot and bus loop striping, fencing and gates, and storm drainage improvements. It is the Districts Intent to Award this project no later than June 20, 2024, pending Board approval and acceptance of bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities in the bidding, and to accept bids which are considered to be in the best interests of the Owner.
