Reference number : 1849611 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-06-04 The work involves upgrading the safety components, wiring and burner management panels (BMS) of the #3 steam boiler (HF-CH-003) as well as migrating the Moores control loops to the existing Freelance controller. Piping, control and instrumentation work, as well as electrical work, are an integral part of this project, as is the supply of equipment and accessories necessary for the related project. In mechanics: • Supply and install valves/piping for the following services without limitation: fuel, steam, compressed air; • Supply and install the following equipment/accessories but not limited to: regulators, forced draft fan modulation actuator, oil atomization valve/nozzle assemblies and window glass for each burner, new water level column; • Provide and install the insulation of the atomization vapor piping; • Perform the required hydrostatic and pneumatic tests; • Obtain the required approvals and certificates from regulatory bodies (CSA B149.3) In control and instrumentation: • Supply, manufacture, install and connect a new flame supervision and burner management system in a new panel including a UPS; • Supply, manufacture, spin and connect new safety components; • Check and test (pre-operational) all safety components and adjust the limits of the installed components; • Coordinate programming and modification work on the CSS panel; • Assist with start-up including checking control loops and adjusting combustion curves. Electrical: • Electrically connect the components to the new BMS panel; • Add grounding to new and existing components according to the SP 1000 standard. Location: Fleurimont Hospital.
