SCHOOL CODE: 616-0113 Pope Construction Company, Inc. has been selected as the Construction Manager by the Bulloch County Board of Education, 150 Williams Rd Suite B, Statesboro, GA 30458 the Owner, to organize and direct the construction of the projects. QUESTIONS: Submit all questions about the Drawings and Specifications to the Construction Manager, in writing according to the Invitation to Bid. Replies will be issued to all bidders of record as Addenda to the Drawings and Specifications and will become part of the Contract. The Construction Manager, Architect, and Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification. All RFI's shall be emailed to the Construction Manager. The subject line shall reference "MLES HVAC RFI" the body of the RFI shall include the plan sheet and/or specification reference, contractor name and contact information. Substitution request forms can be found in section 012500 of the specifications The work packages will be awarded to the proposer, presenting the best overall value to the Owner. An evaluation committee consisting of members from the Owner, Architect, and Construction Manager will score the proposals. If after evaluations are complete, the committee determines that a best and final offer is in order, the proposers will be notified and required to respond accordingly. The Owner and the Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicalities, informalities or minor irregularities that do not comply fully with the bid documents *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Estimated Budget is between $2M-$10M.
