Questions Due Date: May 24th 2024, 4:00 PM CDT All questions regarding this request for bid shall be submitted in writing at online or via email to nleyva@ntmwd.com The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting sealed bids for an annual contract for the purchase of Liquid Chlorine. Bids may be withdrawn at any time prior to the official opening of the bids. Alterations made by a bidder before opening time must be initialed by bidder guaranteeing authenticity and must be resealed. After the official opening, bids become the property of NTMWD and may not be amended, altered, or withdrawn without the authorization of the Procurement Manager. The initial term of this agreement will be effective from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. The District reserves the right to renew the term of the agreement for one (1) additional one (1) year period (October 1 through September 30) upon the same terms and conditions of the original bid, with said options to be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
