Site work for a stadium in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.

The purpose of this conference is to summarize the scope of work involved for this project and allow interested bidders to conduct their due diligence. The City will not consider bids from companies who do not have a representative present at the pre-bid and/or who fails to record their attendance on the sign-in sheet. The scope of work involves the construction of a retaining wall, statue pad and base, with lighting. A G.C. license will be required for this project. M/WBE subcontracting goals of 7% MBE and 5% WBE apply, which must be met separately. Technical questions concerning this bid should be submitted electronically to Catherine Knisley at catherinek@cityofws.org. End of Question period is 3:00 PM, May 21, 2024. For instructions on submitting proposals, contact Catherine Knisley at catherinek@cityofws.org (preferred) or 336-747-6939 during normal business hours. Bidders are encouraged to carefully read and understand the contents of the Bidding Documents. The complete bid package includes this document and set of drawings. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding procedures and to reject any or all proposals.
