Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Work includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Exterior pathways and sidewalks a. Demolition and replacement of existing concrete sidewalks with new b. Demolition of existing concrete pathways and replacement with wider asphalt paved pathways c. Demolition and replacement of existing concrete landing at exit doors d. Grading, landscaping and fill associated with new concrete and paved pathways, sidewalks and landings 2. Main Entrance renovations a. Removal and replacement of existing aluminum exterior and interior entrance doors and storefront framing with new b. Electrical renovations to accommodate new electrical hardware and coordination with security and fire alarm systems c. Miscellaneous construction of new Gyproc interior walls, replacement of ceilings, tile flooring to suit new vestibule design. d. Temporary hoarding of existing entrances and assist with the coordination of the temporary relocation of the main entrance during construction. 3. All work shall meet the requirements of CAN/CSA-Z317.13-22 for Infection control during the construction, renovation, and maintenance of healthcare facilities.
