This project includes the full refurbishment (all inclusive of the items below and anything associated with the successful refurbishment) of both the Yellow (A) and Blue (B) Slides. YELLOW SLIDE (A) Resurface interior and exterior of slide including but not limited to: clean, buff, wax, paint and install gelcoat repairs Furnish and install a Flow Meter Install Lock Out tags to valves. Re-Caulk all joints (ALTERNATE) Replace pool Grates with ones flush to pool floor. (ALTERNATE) Address rusted Bolts (replace with new approved anti-corrosive bolts) BLUE SLIDE (B) Resurface interior and exterior of slide including but not limited to: clean, buff, wax, paint and install gelcoat repairs Furnish and install a Flow Meter Install Lock Out tags to valves. Re-Caulk all joints (ALTERNATE) Replace pool Grates with ones flush to pool floor. (ALTERNATE) Address rusted Bolts (replace with new approved anti-corrosive bolts) Work will need to be performed and completed in the Months of September/October of 2024. Question Deadline 05/23/2024 at 1:00 PM PT A Proposer may either submit Questions to gain clarification on a term of the City's standard contract or submit proposed revisions to the City's standard contract in redline as part of the Proposal Transmission Letter, both pursuant to the terms of this ITB. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any and all Proposals, no matter their level of responsiveness, or to cancel this ITB in its entirety. A Proposer must comply with all of the terms and instruction of this ITB, and all applicable state and local laws and regulations. Any Proposal that does not meet the requirements of this ITB may be considered to be nonresponsive and rejected. A Proposer may not restrict the rights of the City or otherwise qualify a Proposal. If a Proposer does so, the City may determine the Proposal is a nonresponsive counteroffer, and the Proposal may be rejected. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive variances in a Proposal, provided such action is in the best interest of the City. Where the City waives variances in a Proposal, such waiver does not modify the ITB requirements or excuse the Proposer from full compliance with the ITB. Notwithstanding any variance, the City may hold any Proposer to strict compliance with the ITB.
