Renovation of a municipal facility in Lakewood, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work to be accomplished under this contract includes work at The City of Lakewood City Hall located at 12650 Detroit Ave. in Lakewood, Ohio 44107. The base bid includes all the necessary labor, materials, tools and equipment to perform exterior building repairs in accordance with the project plans and specifications including but not limited to: cleaning of all masonry and stone surfaces, masonry repointing and repair, new concrete chimney crown and flashing, metal coping over existing cast stone, new backer rod and sealant at perimeter of all windows, and structural steel welding and repairs to the radio tower. The alternate bid pricing includes all the necessary labor, materials, tools and equipment to provide additional masonry repointing, as directed by the Engineer in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
