For RFP Engineering - Jackson Pike and Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant Stormwater and Floodplain Improvements Development of a phased stormwater master plan is necessary for each of the wastewater treatment plants in order to mitigate for past and proposed improvements. In addition to creating a stormwater master plan, this project will evaluate potential mitigation options for floodplain impacts that have occurred at each facility related to fill that has been placed in the floodplain. The stormwater master plan must include both water quality and water quantity storage and treatment, analyze any impacts to the stream corridor protection zone, account for floodplain impacts, and address any other regulatory requirements.
