The Project is expected to be awarded on July 9, 2024 during the Fiscal Court Meeting.** The Boone County Idlewild Park Paving, Dog Park Paving & Multi-Use Path project is for the repaving of the Idlewild Park drives and walking path, the new dog park parking lot paving and the construction of a multi-use path along Idlewild Road in Burlington, including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. PAVING OVERLAY OF ALL PARKING LOTS AND DRIVEWAYS IN ENGLAND IDLEWILD PARK. PAVING OF THE NEW DOG PARK PARKING LOT ON IDLEWILD ROAD. CONSTRUCTION OF A 10' MULTI-USE PATH ALONG IDLEWILD ROAD (KY 338) FROM THE EXISTING MULTIUSE PATH TO THE DOG PARK. It is the intent and requirement of the Boone County Fiscal Court that this project be completed no later than November 30, 2024. Each bidder is required to submit with their bid, a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
