Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Minesing, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This Request for Tenders ("RFT") is for supply of all materials, equipment, and labour necessary to install or remove and replace concrete sidewalks throughout the Township of Springwater. Scope of Work: The Township is accepting tenders for supply of all materials, equipment, and labour necessary for the installation or full removal of existing concrete sidewalk and replacement with new concrete sidewalk at various locations identified by the Owner within the Township of Springwater. The work shall consist of approximately 290.25 square metres of concrete sidewalk to be installed and/or replaced and will be completed in various locations as directed by the Contract Administrator. Actual quantities will be variable based on the Owner's available budget. The Owner reserves the right to alter the quantities outlined in Appendix B to any degree with no change in the unit pricing, and all work shall be completed under the conditions of the Contract. All transportation, travel time, mobilization and start-up costs shall be included in the bid price. No additional payments will be made for mobilization, start-up, and travel time to or from the various site(s) or for seasonal charges. All work outlined in the Contract must be completed by no later than August 15, 2024.
