Laying of Blacktop 5. Laying of Concrete 6. Cold Mix (Asphalt) 7. Salt Must have workman's compensation, liability insurance and be subject to Menifee County Occupational and Net Profit Tax. The Menifee County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
