Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Florence, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Replacement of a 5-Ton HVAC / Heat Pump Rooftop Unit and Air Handler at 202 Pecan. Replacement of a 2 1/2 Ton HVAC / Heat Pump Ground Unit at 301 Mulberry. Scope of work: A. Remove and dispose of the existing HVAC / Heat Pump and Air Handling units. B. Install a new HVAC / Heat Pump and Air Handler units. General Scope: A. Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to remove existing HVAC Units and install new HVAC units and related items indicated on the drawings and/or specified herein. B. Contractors will provide all labor and materials meeting state laws and regulations. C. The contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of the existing air-conditioners. D. The contractor will be responsible to have all units running efficiently at final walk-through. E. They will repair any damage done to State property during the project. Acceptable Manufacturers: A. Acceptable manufacturers are Trane, Carrier, Payne, ICP, Lennox, York, Heil, Rheem, Rudd, Goodman, Byrant, Daikin, and Mitsubishi. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
