Notice Content Bid Notice Lockhart ISD is accepting proposals for replacement of ceiling grids and tiles in the school kitchens. For the proposal package, please contact Tanya Homann at 512-398-0052. The proposals are due Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 2 PM. CST at Attn: Tanya Homann, Lockhart ISD, 419 Bois D' Arc, Lockhart, TX 78644. There will be a pre-bid meeting on June 5, 2024 at 10am at Lockhart Jr. High School. Lockhart ISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
Question Deadline 06/07/2024 at 12:00 PM CT All questions received and the corresponding answers will be distributed to all
bidders via an addendum posted to the web site. No verbal responses will be provided. The District will
not respond to questions after this time and date provided above. Although every effort has been made
to provide accurate and up-to-date information, companies supplying quotations should email or Tanya
Homann to answer any and all questions. Response to questions will be posted through the online bid
system under Vendor Registry by deadline stated in the Timetable above at the link below. The vendors
will be responsible for checking the website for any posted addenda.

1. Replacing the ceiling tile and grid in the kitchens as specified in Attachment A using the
Base Bid Specifications on the drawings for the following campuses.

Carver St., Lockhart, TX 78644 - Chain Link Fence and Rod Iron in Walk
b. Plum Creek Elementary, 710 Flores St., Lockhart, TX 78644
c. Lockhart Jr. High School, 500 City Line Road, Lockhart, TX 78644
d. Pride High School, 500 Pecos Street, Lockhart, TX 78644
e. Lockhart High School, 906 Center Street, Lockhart, Tx 78644
2. It is the responsibility of the vendor to verify all dimensions.
