Solicitation No: 41-15-01-06-0-005-020 The project include Roofing with the Health, Energy Efficiency, and Academics Capital Project, Phase 1B, at the Oxford Road Campus, Perry Junior High School and the Food Storage Building for the New Hartford Central School District. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a Certified Check payable to New Hartford Central School District in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid Proposal. Bid Bonds shall be a fully executed AIA Document A310 (copy attached), or equivalent Bid Bond The successful Contractor shall deliver to the Owner prior to the execution of the Contract, Bonds covering the faithful performance of the Contract, and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount with such sureties secured through the Bidder usual sources as may be agreeable to the parties.
