Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite. Question Deadline 05/24/2024 at 4:00 PM CT All questions regarding this request for bid shall be submitted in writing at Online or via email to nleyva@ntmwd.com All questions will be addressed in an addendum. Questions received after the deadline may not be answered. Invoices shall be fully documented in accordance with the scope of work. Invoice must include the appropriate Purchase Order number and the NTMWD Work Order Number (if applicable). Payment may be delayed on invoices not listing the Purchase Order number. Invoices should also reference department name, job site location, District employee requesting goods or services, and a complete breakdown of charges. If required, bid security shall be submitted in the same manner as your bid. Any bid submitted without bid bond or cashiers/certified check, where required, shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Performance and/or payment bonds, when required, shall be submitted to NTMWD, prior to commencement of any work pursuant to the agreement provisions. The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting sealed bids for an annual contract for the purchase of Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite, in accordance with the specifications provided herein. The initial term of this agreement will be effective from October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025. The District reserves the right to renew the term of the agreement for one (1) additional one (1) year period (October 1 through September 30) upon the same terms and conditions of the original bid, with said options to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. NTMWD reserves the option to temporarily extend this service for up to ninety (90) days from its expiration date for any reason without exercising the renewal options outlined in Section 2(A) herein. District reserves the right to renew the term of the agreement for one (1) additional one (1) year period (October 1 through September 30) upon the same terms and conditions of the original bid, with said options to be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
