Without limitation, the work consists of: Site preparation work, deforestation, demolition and waste disposal Implementation of signage for obstacles and detour routes Replacement of the domestic sewer network as well as connections up to property lines Replacement of the aqueduct network as well as standpipes and connections up to property limits Construction of a rainwater management system Protection and support of public utilities in place Temporary pumping and bypass Disposal of excavation surplus Installation and maintenance of a temporary water supply network throughout the duration of the work Roadway, paving, curb and sidewalk work Pavement markings and small signs Cleaning and testing of pipes and structures Network commissioning The development and repair of grassy, seeded and stone surfaces Restoration of the premises
