Reference Number 0000352855 Clear out all old soiled furniture and paper work in attic and loft spaces. Remove and reinstall all insulation in each area. Clean all floors, roof joists, ceiling grid and tiles, walls, windows, doors, countertops, baseboard, cabinetry, and masking floors. Work will require HEPA vacuuming and air fan/scrubbing. Apply anti-microbial agent to all soiled surfaces. Enclose the new insulation in the loft space with plywood. Deep cleaning of attic, loft, and office spaces in the Maintenance III building at Westchester Community College. As per attached. General Requirements - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required
