The City of Hartsville is seeking construction services from qualified firms for improvements to the Marion Avenue Cemetery . This Work includes the demolition and removal of all items necessary for the completion of the work as described in the Contract Documents, including but not limited to, asphalt roadways, up to eight (8) inches of concrete base with asphalt overlayed roadways, granite curb, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, bushes, trees and other incidental items as shown on the Drawings. Included also is the removal of all signs and poles, trees, and shrubs which are to be salvaged and delivered to the Owner's designated storage area. The contractor shall salvage all signs in the public right-of-way and replace them at the completion of the work. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This Bid Package consists of the installation of new asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, ornamental fencing, masonry columns, landscaping and irrigation. The scope of work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary. The City of Hartsville is an equal opportunity employer. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract within 15 days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed and to fully complete the project within 150 consecutive calendar days thereafter.
