Interchange Improvements of I-470 and View High Drive The proposed work includes: Grading, paving, storm drainage, lighting, signals, signing, and retaining walls along View High Drive, Meers Road, and Ramps to and from I-470. The interchange of I-470 and View High Drive will be improved to a Diverging Diamond Interchange. Also included are the Water Main Relocation at Meers Road & View High Drive, the KCMO Sanitary Sewer Relocation (Paragon Star Development), and the View High Drive Trail Project, All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% off the total bid shall be submitted with each proposal. The Bid Security shall be made payable to The I-470 Western Gateway TDD.
