**As of July 1, 2024, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $82,032.30** This project involves earthwork, site grading, stream restoration, rip-rap installation, and stabilization. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids Having carefully examined the Contract Documents together with all Addenda or Bulletins, as prepared by the Engineers, and being familiar with the various conditions affecting the work, (including those under the General Conditions which provide for the payment of liquidated damages to the owner, hereafter set at $500.00 per calendar day, in the event that the contract is not completed within the allocated time). The undersigned agrees to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to construct and complete within Forty-Five (45) calendar days as set forth under the schedule outlined in Section 01001 of these specifications including all the necessary contract work, in accordance with said contract documents, for which the following units and/or lump sum prices are submitted. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
