To provide grounds maintenance for nine (9) Commuter Lots within Nova District, in Fairfax County. Services shall include all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform grass mowing, tree and shrub pruning, mulching of trees and shrubs & trash/litter pickup. One (1) year from the date of Award with four (4) optional one (1) year consecutive renewals. The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide grounds maintenance for Nine (9) commuter lots within Nova District, in Fairfax County. Services shall include all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform grass mowing, tree and shrub pruning, mulching of trees and shrubs & trash/litter pickup. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Deanna Wayland at Deanna.Wayland@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 2:00 PM EST on June 4, 2024.
