installing a new 32”x 16” trough-style sink (16-gauge, 304 SS, and 12” sink bowl) and grinder pump in the Janitors Closet of Building 621. The Contractor shall install a new TRINITY EcoStorage 32” x 16” stainless steel Utility Sink (OR APPROVED EQUIVALENT) with a pull-out faucet and built in splash board. The sink shall be installed in the front right corner of the Janitors Closet. The Contractor shall anchor all four legs of the sink into the concrete floor. The Contractor shall tie-in to an existing LiquidO3 3 GPM Ozone Water Fill Station (located in the Janitors Closet) [inlet] and install 4” nominal new ABS piping [outlet] that to route the water from the Fill Station to the sink faucet. Then, the Contractor shall install 1 ½” nominal PVC conduit to route the contaminated sink water from the sink drain to a grinder pump, then to a drainage basin that is located inside the Janitors Closet. The grinder pump shall be Sanicubic 2 (OR APPROVED EQUIVALENT), rated at 220-240 V and 2x1 HP. The Contractor is responsible for locating an electrical outlet within the Janitors Closet that can be used to power the grinder pump. Additionally, the Contractor shall furnish and assemble one polypropylene deep lipped utility cart on wheels, with two shelves, and a load capacity of at least 500 pounds. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that water is routed to the sink properly and that there is proper drainage from the sink to the drainage basin. Additionally, the Contractor is responsible for field verification of the locations of the new sink and pump, with the owner, prior to installation.
