This project includes existing flat roof replacement, interior finish replacement, fluorescent lighting replacement to LED, electrical system upgrades and replacement, HVAC system upgrades and replacement, emergency generator replacement and the removal of MEP louvers and fans at Creek View Elementary School in accordance with the construction drawings and specifications prepared by Goode Van Slyke Architecture dated 04/01/24. 2.1 The scope of work indicated above is intended as a summary only.
