Construction and design of a 12 foot by 30 foot (12'0" X 30'0") radio equipment shelter foundation. Shelter furnished by MnDOT. 3. Equipment shelter grounding systems, antennae installation, electrical and telephone services, LP gas system, fence, landscaping, driveway and approach. All questions must be submitted no later than three (3) business days prior to receipt of bids. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time.
