2024 Street Improvements City of Madison Lake. Description of Work: The work Includes the Construction of Approximately 6,225 Squar eyards (Sy) of Residential Bituminous Reclaim and Resurfacing, adjusting Casting and Gate Valves and Traffic Control Together With related Items of Work, All in Accordance With Plans and Specifications. This Project is Subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. Completion of Work: All work Under the Contract Must Be complete by September 15, 2024. Bid Security: a Proposal bond in the Amount of Not less Than 5 Percent of the Total Amount Bid, Drawn in Favor of City of Madison Lake Shallac company Each Bid. Owner's Rights reserved: the Owner reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Irregularities and Informalities Therein and to Award the Contract Too ther Than the Lowest Bidder if, in Their Discretion, the Interest Of the Owner Would Be Best Served there. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
