Carver Hall Blinds Replacement and Installation To remove and replace all identified window blinds in Carver Hall Science Building and Carver Hall Annex. Scope of Work: . Remove, discard and install new blinds. Blind type: Lotus 2" FLX faux wood blinds (cordless) or equivalent. Note: If selecting an equivalent blind brand, contractor shall submit a blind specification with the bid submission and submit a sample prior to installation. Summary: o 36 Total blinds to be installed throughout the Carver Hall Annex. Note: No blinds to be installed in Restrooms, Corridors or Stairwells. o 188 Total blinds to be installed throughout the Carver Hall Science Building. Note: No blinds to be installed in rooms: 15, 107, 121, 127,133, 136 (Faculty), 232, 234 and Mechanical Spaces. Work Periods: June 30, 2024 If a bid bond is required, a bid bond must be submitted for each separate bid response. The bid bond shall be in an amount equal to 5% of the bid price submitted and alternates, if any. The bid security shall be in a form of a bid bond or certified check, or cashier's check.
