Town of Kenneth City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and technicalities and to request re-submission. The Town shall be the sole judge of the proposal and the resulting negotiated agreement that is in the Town's best interest and the Town's decision shall be final. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
