This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by Centre dexcellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies ("CEA FRANCOachat") to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Architectural Services for Conseil des ecoles publiques de l'Est de l'Ontario as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). The Centre d'excellence en Approvisionnements FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: The Board is seeking to qualify suppliers onto a roster of qualified suppliers (the "Qualified Supplier Roster") to perform various architectural services within all CEPEO's regions and territory. Only firms on the Board's VOR list will be invited to bid on the Board's projects, unless otherwise allowed for in this document. Details regarding the VOR process and procedures are detailed in Appendix A - RFSQ Particulars - Deliverables. Respondents may select any category, should they have the ability to meet the Board's requirements. The VOR list will be based on the following three (3) categories: Category 1 - Small and Medium Renovations ($100,000 to $1,449,999) Projects in this category are generally including but not limited to small and medium renovations (classroom/school/daycare), Category 2 - Major Renovation and/or Addition Projects ($1,500,000 to $5,999,999) Projects in this category are generally including but not limited to major renovations and/or addition construction projects (classroom/school/site/daycare) demolitions and/or retrofits. will have a single awarded zone. The single awarded zone covers the entire Board's service area. Category 3 - New School Construction (Elementary, Secondary, K-12) (Greater than $6,000,000) Projects will have an estimated construction value greater than $6 million. Projects in this category are generally including but not limited to new school construction. Category 3 will have a single awarded zone.
