Renovation of an educational facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide services to provide a complete cleaning of all systems, all floors to include main system floors 1,2 and 3, and additional system for lecture hall. Return ducting, Air handler coils, VAV's and registers included. The location of this service is in The Deese College of Business and Economics (Merrick and Craig Halls). Cleaning should adhere to ACR standards and NCDCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association).
