Construction is estimated for fiscal year 2026-2027. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This project is being funded through a grant from the State of California Department of Parks and Recreation Proposition 68, The project is subject to the Prop 68 grant requirements. The Greenfield Recreation Center & Park is a newly planned 9-acre community center and park located at the corner of Apple Avenue and 12th Street. The proposed improvements include a building, approx. 22,613 (sf), that will house a gym, locker rooms, weight room, pantry, nutrition center, teaching kitchen, classroom, offices, storage rooms, multiuse sports field, accessible playground, plaza and shade structure, pathways, seating, landscape and irrigation, parking for 100 spaces, bioswales, and rain harvesting tank. Currently, the site is vacant. Consultant shall prepare scaled architectural and engineering drawings, technical specifications, and probably cost estimate for City review and approval. Submittals shall be made at the 30%, 50%, 90%, and 100% stages. Late proposals (submitted after the specified due date/time) will be rejected by the City and returned un-opened to the Proposer. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Proposals may be withdrawn by a signed written request submitted to the City at any time prior to 3 p.m. of the due date of the proposal.
