Renovation of a residential development in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Roof Replacements. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976 (TCA Title 62, Chapter 6) of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee. All bids must be made out on the Bid Form provided with the Contract Documents. With its bid, each Bidder must deposit security in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid, subject to the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders should take particular note of the requirements concerning the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. Bidders must comply with the Presidents Executive Order Nos. 11246 and 11375, which prohibit discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex or national origin. Bidders must comply with 40 CFR 35.936-7, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, and the Contract Work Hours Standard Act. Bidders must certify that they do not, and will not, maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated on the basis of race, creed, color, or national origin. 9th Street, 11th Street, 13th Street, Clemmer Street, & Baugh Street No bidder may withdraw his bid within Sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Questions regarding the Project or the Bid Documents must be in writing as required by the Instruction to Bidders. Questions must be written on this form and sent by email to the address listed below. Upon timely receipt, if appropriate, an Addendum will then be issued to all persons who have received Bid Documents from the Owner.
